BABY GABBY {CHATHAM NJ NEWBORN PHOTOGRAPHER}

Gabby was such a cute baby. She just wanted to be snuggled for her whole session.

Normally I have certain poses that I try for each session and they don’t always work on each baby. Gabby really did not want to be laid flat at all until the very end of her session. My youngest son was like that. He had bad reflux and really could not be put down flat even for sleeping at night.

This is why I love Lifestyle Photography. you really go with the flow and take the baby’s lead. We improvised, and modified my normal poses and came up with new ones. when I say poses, I mean general placements. I’m not really posing so much as positioning and prompting interaction.

at the very end of the session, we were able to lay her on the bed for a few shots as well so it all worked out perfectly.
