BABY STELLA AND HER ROCK N ROLL NURSERY {NORTHERN NJ NEWBORN PHOTOGRAPHER

My Number one priority when photographing your family is telling your story. When you book, I usually send a style guide and you might see a lot of babies photographed on White bedspreads, etc. on my website. But if that’s not you, I’m 100 % here for telling your story in a way that best reflects your style.

When Stella’s Mom reached out to me I found out that Stella and her big brother have a Rock and Roll themed Nursery and then I saw her instagram and realized that this family had their own style!  I told her to forget about the style section of my prep guide and go with what feels best for them. I wanted their photos to reflect who they are. Stella had a couple of outfit changes during our session and I was completely obsessed with her rock and roll style.

We chose to do most of the photos on her big brother’s bed because the light was best there. The bedspread was black which made for some really beautiful dramatic light. The walls were covered with framed black and white photos of Rock Legends and Stella’s Crib had a black and white skull print crib sheet. so much fun!
