BABY LEO {MAPLEWOOD, NJ NEWBORN PHOTO SESSION}

I did this shoot back in early May but as we have established, I’m a terrible blogger and it takes me forever to write a post!

I really enjoyed this shoot! when I walked into this family’s home, I immediately asked for the name of their decorator! they had such great style and about a week after our shoot, I found out that they even got their stair risers decorated with a mosaic pattern. how cool is that?!

You could really feel the love this couple had for each other and their new little man. there were moments during our shoot where they were really overcome with emotion and when I was editing these, I got a little teary eyed because you could really see that emotion in their photos.

Little Leo was absolutely adorable and you probably can’t tell from these photos but he was pretty fussy like for most of the shoot. I’m just being honest because if you are thinking of booking a newborn shoot, I really don’t want you to worry about the baby being fussy. All babies are fussy and we still can have a great shoot. I just might stay at your house a little longer :)  and we will take as many feeding breaks as we need. I will take photos of you soothing him, rocking him, etc. or even feeding!

I love so many of these photos, it was really hard to narrow it down.
