I love when Mom tells me that her oldest child is shy and then she completely blows me away with some serious Model poses. These children were seriously so photogenic.

I also just adore a cake smash! If you are celebrating your little one’s 1st birthday and would like to book a family photo session, adding on a cake smash at the end is something for the little ones to look forward to at the end of the session, it’s fun and its absolutely freakin’ adorable.

The cherry blossoms were in full bloom during this session and we had planned to do the cake smash in front of this pretty pink weeping cherry blossom but there was another photographer there doing a photo session. We walked around a bit and made a snap decision to do it in front of this bush with little white flowers and I have to say that it turned out so much better than it would have in front of the pink tree. The pink probably would have taken away from this little cutie and her adorable strawberry cake. Honestly this is giving me all the garden party vibes and I’m obsessed.
